Final Annoucement, 17 December

Course Description

This course will focus primarily on dynamic macroeconomic theory in the context of neoclassical macroeconomic models. First, we develope the overlapping generations model we will use all along. Then we study government policy, interest rates, capital movements, cycles and growth from both a closed-economy and an open-economy perspectives.

A completely different version of ECON 320 is taught in the Winter 1999 term. Choose accordingly.
