PROGRAM FILES

The programs are written in OX, version 2.1. Availability of the software
and more information about OX can be found at Jurgen Doornik's homepage,
http://www.nuff.ox.ac.uk/Users/Doornik/index.html. There are 5 files called
EstimateXX.ox, where XX is the year of analysis. The other files are
libraries.
