The data used in the paper are administrative Danish data maintained
by Statistics Denmark in a secure server. Researchers wishing to
replicate the results may contact the corresponding author who will
assist with getting access to the data used for this project.
Researchers need not be affiliated with Danish Universities to access
data. Detailed steps required are currently as follows:

1.  The researcher applies for approval to access register data and
signs a contract which explicitly states the confidentiality
principles and non-disclosure requirements needed to use the data.
Applications should be directed to: Ivan Thaulow, Division of
Research, Statistics Denmark, Sejrøgade 11, DK-2100 Copenhagen Ø.

2.  The researcher asks for access to project 703321.

3.  The researcher may now access data from Statistics Denmark’s
office in Copenhagen.
