This directory contains some material for which there was not room in the
published review. It contains the following files: 

statdist.ps: PostSript file of results on statistical distributions

strd.ps: PostScript file containing tables of all StRD results

derivs.zip: zip file containing 27 ASCII files (DOS format) for each
            of the 27 StRD nonlinear tests.  Each file contains first 
            and second derivatives of the function to be estimated.  The
            derivatives are written in an obvious FORTRAN-style notation.
