data in this directory.

The Matlab programs used in the paper are provided in mk-progs.zip. All
program files are ASCII files in DOS format. Unix/Linux users should use
"unzip -a".

The construction procedure of simulating data is described in the
Simulations section of the paper. Programs for the BLP and Dual method are
provided. The m-file CENTRAL.m creates the variables and calls all the
functions. The function sterr.m calculates the standard errors for the
parameters.
