The file wwtbam-data.zip contains two data files, both of which are 
tab-delimited ASCII files in DOS format. Unix/Linux users should use 
"unzip -a".

The file ata_2jae.txt contains the data used to produce the estimates 
presented in table 3. There are 515 observations of the following 8 
variables:

sergame			series and game number
ata			round when ask the audience is used
audiencea		proportion of audience chosing answer A (%)
audienceb		proportion of audience chosing answer B (%)
audiencec		proportion of audience chosing answer C (%)
audienced		proportion of audience chosing answer D (%)
ata_chosen		constestant choice after using ATA
ata_correct		correct answer

The file wwtbam_est_2jae.txt contains the data used to produce the 
estimates presented in Figure 3. There are 515 observations of the 
following variables:

1stLF		identity of the first life line played (1,50/50 ; 2, PAF ;
		3, ATA)

1stLFround	round when the first life line was played (first question 15,
		last question 1; negative if not played)

2ndLF		identity of the second life line played (1,50/50 ; 2, PAF ;
		3, ATA)

2ndLFround	round when the second life line was played (first question 15,
		last question 1; negative if not played)

3rdLF		identity of the third life line played (1,50/50 ; 2, PAF ;
		3, ATA)

3rdLFround	round when the third life line was played (first question 15,
		last question 1; negative if not played)

Quit		did the contestant quit? (1, yes; 0, no)

Winamil		did the contestant win a million? (1, yes; 0, no)

LastQuest	identity of the last question (1, million pound question;
		2, 500k; etc...)

Lost 		did the contestant lose (1, yes; 0, no)

Nobs		contestant id
