The dataset used in this paper is the public use version of the dataset for National Job Corps Study, which is conducted by Mathematica Policy Research, Inc. We focus on individuals who completed the 4th year interview. There are 48 variables and 11,383 individuals, out of which we have information on Year 4 earnings for 10,896 individuals, in the data set.
