Unix/Linux users should use "unzip -a". "MAIN.m" is the program to extract, arrange, and analyze the data. The sub-programs "Generate_XY.m", "Generate_G.m" and "Generate_INPUT.m" (called by the main program "MAIN.m") extract and arrange the data and produce the summary statistics reported in Table 1. The sub-program "sar_sim.m" (called by the main program "MAIN.m") estimates the empirical model and produces the results reported in Tables 2 and 3.
