Two data sets and a Stata do file are zipped in the file alr-files.zip.
These are ASCII file in DOS format. Unix/Linux users should use "unzip -a".

- DATAlong.csv is the data in long format: one row is one individual,
and variables measured in both rounds are reported twice ("xxxR1" for
round one and "xxxR2" for round two)

- DATAwide.csv is the data in wide format: one row is one individual
in a given round of data

- The Stata do file "alr-run.do" can be run using these data. Running
this file in Stata (version 14) produces all tables and figures of the
paper.
