The data file msh2018-data.txt is a tab-delimited ASCII file in DOS
format. It is zipped in the file msh-data.zip. Unix/Linux users should
use "unzip -a".

The file msh2018-data.txt contains data for 5,500 arm's length
single-family home sale transactions that took place in Delaware
County, Ohio during the 2009:1-2011:3 period. The data come from
Delaware County Auditor's Office and were obtained in the form of
ArcGIS parcel shapefiles. For detailed description of the data, please
see Section 4 of the paper.
