The file lt-codes.zip contains the code to reproduce the figures in
this paper. There is a separate directory for each figure.

Most of the code runs in Matlab 2008b and Dynare version 4.2.4. For
each figure, there is a separate folder with the code which generates
results to reproduce each figure. The file to run to reproduce the
figure in each folder is 

  main_FigureXX.m

In this file, there are also instructions on how to change the
settings for the code.

Note that Figures A.1 and A.2 are generated in Matlab 2016b, using
Dynare version 4.5.1.
