The data describe the answers of hotel guests to the questionnaire provided
in Appendix A of the paper.  The data are in the STATA file data.dta and in
the ASCII file data.txt.

The file work.do contains the STATA code used to generate the tables in the
paper. Below is an explanation of the variables in the data. The output
generated by the STATA .do file is in the file output.log.

The file data.dta is zipped in gk-data.zip. The remaining files, which are
ASCII files in DOS format, are zipped in gk-files.zip. Unix/Linux users
should use "unzip -a" when unzipping gk-files.zip.
