There are two zip files. The file text-files.zip contains two data files 
and two Stata .do files. These are ASCII files in DOS format. Unix users 
should use "unzip -a".

The file stata-files.zip contains two Stata .dta files, which are binary
files. They contain the same data as the corresponding .txt files.
