This directory contains an empirical appendix and the dataset it uses.

The appendix describes an empirical application. It uses data that are 
contained in the file chang-lusk-data.csv, which is zipped in the file 
chang-lusk-data.zip. Since chang-lusk-data.csv is an ASCII file in DOS 
format, Unix/Linux users should use "unzip -a".

The file contains 1175 lines of data, 25 for each of 47 individuals. 
Since there are five lines per choice, there are actually 235 
observations.
