Scott Savage and Don Waldman, "Learning and Fatigue During Choice Experiments: A Comparison of Online and Mail Survey Modes", Journal of Applied Econometrics, Vol. 23, No. 3, 2008, pp. 351-371. Descriptions of the data are found in the PDF file savage-waldman-dict.pdf. There are 972 observations on 27 variables: the answers to the eight choice questions and their follow-ups, as well as demographic information on education, earnings, etc. The data themselves are provided in two formats. There is a plain ASCII file (in DOS format) called savage-waldman.txt, and there is an Excel file called savage-waldman.xls. Both files are zipped in the file sw-data.zip. The data are arranged in exactly the same way in both files.
