Both files, which are ASCII files in DOS format, are zipped in the file js-data.zip. Unix users should use "unzip -a". The file oecd.txt covers 17 OECD countries for the periods 1980-1990(187 observations). Each column represents country code, year, GDP, CO2, Capital, Labor, Energy.
