This is a panel data set, and only the 1992 wave is used with N=8484. In the data set, there are 39 columns and 8484 rows. The first 36 columns are in the order described in the paper, Subsection 5.1: age, edu, man, job, hour, inc, mar, smk, arth, dia, hrt, hyp, lung, nerv, pain h1-h5 (health insurance dummies), j1-j16 (job dummies). Note that the natural logarithm of positive incomes should be taken before use. Col.37 is light exercise. col.38 is heavy exercise. Col.39 is # visits to doctors per year.
